Why Online Surveys? I was actively looking for a job, when I stumbled on what I assumed was a spam posting about getting paid to do market research. I decided to do a Google search on the company, Vindale Research, which had a variety of reviews ranging from excellent to poor. Seeing enough decent reviews, I signed up for the company and quickly jumped into the world of online surveys.
So why do I do them? I mean, when you start, there’s nowhere near enough income to live on, especially when most companies won’t let you cash out until you acquire a certain amount of money. But in the current economy filled with debt and unemployment, I figured, what have I got to lose?
And if you have the free time and could use the extra cash, you don’t have anything to lose. As long as you choose the right companies, you can easily earn some extra cash – and some of the offers are actually fun! I love the variety of opportunities – using coupons, evaluating products, playing games, posting messages. These companies allow you to choose from a variety of things that you can do, which means that it isn’t just taking redundant surveys all day. And you can spend as much or as little time as you want doing them, and you can tailor them to your schedule. If you’re looking for full-time employment and expecting to instantly make hundreds, you won’t. But it is possible to build up money over time and at least earn a supplemental income. I truly think many of these companies unfairly get lumped into the “scam” category, and that there’s nothing wrong with using them to make some extra money online.
